Terms for using Aircheck Radio

Using this website

You may use the public portions of Aircheck Radio for personal, educational, historical, and informational purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.

You may not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, submit malicious files or code, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Historical and archival material

Aircheck Radio preserves and presents historical radio recordings, images, descriptions, and related context. Possession of archival material does not by itself mean Aircheck Radio owns every copyright or other right associated with that material.

Publication of historical material is not a representation that the material is in the public domain, licensed for every use, or free of third-party rights. Users are responsible for determining whether their own reuse of material is permitted.

Aircheck submissions

By submitting a recording, you represent that you are authorized to submit it for review. Submission does not guarantee publication, preservation, inclusion in the archive, or inclusion in the broadcast.

Aircheck Radio may review, decline, remove, or retain submitted material as part of its archival and operational processes. Metadata and historical context supplied with a submission may be edited for accuracy, clarity, formatting, or archival consistency.

Attribution

When a contributor provides a preferred attribution, Aircheck Radio may use that credit if the material is published. Attribution preferences do not create ownership rights or require publication.

Donations

Donations are processed through Givebutter. Payment processing is subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies. Aircheck Radio does not receive or store payment-card information through the website.

Third-party services

The website relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, email, analytics, streaming, and donation processing. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Availability and changes

Aircheck Radio works to keep the website and listening services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features, content, and technical services may change as the archive and website evolve.
