Aircheck Radio has registered a Designated Agent with the United States Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Required Elements of a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be valid under the DMCA, your written notification must include all of the following:

Repeat Infringer Policy

Aircheck Radio maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the submission privileges of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Content contributors who submit material that is the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their submission privileges permanently revoked.
